download Inkscape 0.44 (old version)

Hello, I spent about 15 minatures browsing inkscape.org and sourceforge.net + google search :) but I could not find where can I download Inkscape 0.44 (for Linux and Windows, if possible - Russian versions, but English versions is OK too). I found (by google) only Inkscape 0.44-1 for Win. Is Inkscape 0.44 and Inkscape 0.44-1 the same thing? Please help if possible, it looks I need Inkscape 0.44 (built Jul 25 2006) urgently. Why did not I find old versions at off. site? :)
