I was wondering if anyone of you could tell me how i can introduce a new text file format into INKSCAPE.. I have tried going about it and I'm at my wits end ..please help!

I'm sorry, I don't know the answer to that. But I've noticed several topics about Text in Inkscape lately. Have you tried searching the forums? Maybe that's been answered?
