I put a line in a line path
in the top quadrant, using snaping. Then duplicate and rotated the circle to 30 degrees, with the created line. That gives you lines tangent to the circle After that, just create a closed path snaping to the lines . Then use that path to do a intersection to the circle. That gives you the first arc, Then just rotate that arc and align. But the boolean operation, or just because the wide of the stroke, or I missed something, but the created arc, when zooming, didn't seem correct, lost tangency, etc.
